EndGame:  A Two-Part Passage into
Personal Empowerment in the Golden Years

Growing older raises unavoidable questions for people of all races -- questions about loss, meaning, regret, the body, and time itself.  Most of the time, older people are simply given sympathy or reassurance in response to these questions instead of clarity and direction.

The "EndGame" sessions are designed to change that.

Clarity...

"EndGame: Aging Peacefully" brings clarity to those elements of aging that you may or may not be able to name.  It identifies WHAT is making time feel like your enemy, and WHY you may be experiencing this phase of your life as one of loss.  This presentation offers you a seismic shift in understanding...one that opens the door for you to experience your remaining years with intention and dignity.  You are empowered with the awareness required to move from "enduring" your own life to living it fully...and peacefully.

Why is it brief and free?  Because it is simply a question.  It asks you to ask yourself if you are prepared to do the real work.

Instruction...

"Aging Peacefully" put you in touch with WHAT and WHY.   "EndGame:  Aging Powerfully" is a working session that provides the HOW -- a structured, step-by-step approach for navigating the mental, emotional, and physical changes of aging.  A clear sequence  prioritizes what matters most, clarifies the choices to be made, and transforms the “truths” you may hold that are quietly draining your peace and preventing your optimal empowerment.

Be aware:  This  work is for those who want to make the choice between struggling and suffering.  It is honest, not indulgent. What emerges is the map for moving through the rest of your journey with direction, intention and  courageous engagement with life…As It Is.

"Man & Woman, Heaven & Earth" confronts issues most discussions about relationships never even raise. Looking through the lens of Natural Law rather than modern preferences or ideologies empowers your understanding of why lasting connections are so difficult to form and sustain in the 21st century.  This workshop is open to men and women of all races, as it also explores the influence of European and African cultural frameworks on romantic relationships.

The Natural Law approach to relationships may challenge your most deeply held beliefs about identity and roles.  Historically, the awakening this presentation offers is either exhilarating or devastating. However you respond, afterward you will have significant personal decisions to make around the question, “What would be required of me to love in alignment with Natural Law?”

The Cultural Consciousness Continuum provides a framework for Black people to (re)determine their cultural identity. Participants locate themselves on The Continuum and use that identity as a practical basis for defining cultural integrity. The Continuum does not measure worth, intelligence, or authenticity; it simply makes visible the ways in which culture is lived. The purpose is not comparison, but awareness: to recognize how your inner alignment shapes your outer life, and to live with integrity once that alignment is seen.

For non-Blacks, this presentation offers clarity that is rarely available.  Your welcome attendance as witnesses — not participants — provides you with a philosophical context for the range of truths Black people hold necessary to transform any monolithic over-simplifications you may believe and inform your participation in private and public discourse.

By illuminating lived truths, The Continuum gives shape to intra-racial and interracial conversations that are often emotional, circular, and unresolved.  When you know where you stand, your thoughts, words and deeds become focused and directed instead of reactive.  Cultural identity is not a single inheritance—it is a pattern of choices. The Continuum does not judge your path; it simply helps you clarify where your feet are planted.

Ancestral Mass - Flyer.jpg

The Ancestral Mass: A Ceremony of Remembrance offers a rare and necessary space for collective acknowledgment of The Middle Passage and Chattel Slavery as a human tragedy with living consequences. For Black participants, the ceremony affirms memory, honors ancestry, and creates room for conscious remembrance rather than inherited grief carried in silence. For White participants of consciousness, it offers an opportunity rarely presented: the chance to engage in atonement as chosen accountability instead of inherited guilt.  All are welcome.

Registrants may choose to be witnesses or to participate actively in the ceremony by pre-registering and preparing. All registrants…whether observing or participating…are asked to consider clearing their schedules for at least one hour following the ceremony to allow for quiet contemplation of the past and some form of personal commitment to the present and future. Through The Ancestral Mass, the past is no longer treated as something finished, but as something felt, named, and answered through conscious presence rather than unspoken pain.
